Jessica joined Cadigal in 2023, bringing more than five years’ commercial leasing experience in the Melbourne CBD market.
Having a Masters of Law, with a background in mediation and property development, she combines legal insight with commercial acumen to navigate complex transactions and deliver strategic outcomes. Jessica is known for her disciplined approach, strong negotiation capability and commitment to maximising value for her clients.
She has completed a diverse range of CBD leasing transactions for institutional and private landlords, including: Charter Hall, GPT, Mirvac, Keppel REIT and Cromwell.
Jessica’s current leasing appointments include 52 Martin Place, 207 Kent, 50 Carrington, 10+12 Shelley Street and the CityFreeholds Portfolio.
