In November 2017 whilst completing his Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney, Lachlan joined Cadigal as an Analyst in Cadigal’s expanding research team. Upon graduating in 2019 he stepped into the role of Leasing Executive, where consistent outperformance quickly marked him out. His strong results led to promotion to Associate Director in 2022.
Across more than seven years in leasing, Lachlan has built a track record of delivering for both institutional and private clients. He develops and executes sharp, targeted leasing strategies and negotiates transactions that consistently generate exceptional returns.
Detail-oriented and driven by a genuine passion for the discipline, Lachlan continues to deliver. In the most recent financial year alone he was involved in nearly 14,000 sqm of leasing transactions.
Lachlan’s current clients include Dexus, GPT, EG Funds, City Freeholds, Denwol & Toga.

On weekends I enjoy visiting Sydney’s various beaches as well as hiking through the Royal National Park.
