Newly revitalised ground plane unveiled

On behalf of Charter Hall and as long-term tenants and leasing agents at 9 Castlereagh Street, Cadigal is proud to showcase the newly transformed ground plane.

The major refurbishment was led by renowned architectural firm and tenant partner, WMK Architecture, who worked in collaboration with Melhem Design Studio and The Grounds.

A highlight of the transformation is Reaghs Caffè and Bar, which has swiftly become a go-to spot for people within the building and surrounding areas. With its refined atmosphere and sophisticated new bar area, it’s the perfect place to enjoy anything from a quick espresso to a long lunch.

In addition, we’re excited to introduce the Third Space in the lobby, designed to provide tenants with a comfortable environment to relax, meet, and collaborate, alongside a new executive concierge service.
