Andrew was Cadigal’s No. 2 employee and joined in August 2011.

He has 12 years’ experience in commercial real estate, initially in research and analytics roles with CBRE and Bell Potter and for the past 7 years, in office leasing in the Sydney.

Since becoming a leasing agent, Andrew has been involved in over 60,000sqm of leasing transactions throughout the CBD, Pyrmont and Surry Hills office markets.

He has a strong brokerage track record and is increasingly involved in partnering with owners as the appointed leasing agent.

Successful leasing appointments have included 167 Macquarie Street, 117 York Street, 8 Spring Street, 235 Pyrmont Street, 137 Pyrmont Street and 490 Crown Street.
