Andrew joined Cadigal in August 2011 as Cadigal’s No. 2 employee and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Since joining Cadigal, Andrew has been involved in over 100,000sqm of leasing transactions throughout the CBD, Pyrmont, and Surry Hills office markets.
Andrew has a strong brokerage track record and takes a proactive, hands-on approach with his clients. He is also passionate about implementing and executing marketing and leasing campaigns.
Andrew’s extensive knowledge of real estate fundamentals, together with his attention to detail, means all transactions are considered and evidence-based.
Successful leasing campaigns include 167 Macquarie Street, 8 Spring Street, 55 Clarence Street, 235 Pyrmont Street, and 490 Crown Street.
