Victoria joined Cadigal in early 2025 for a six-week work experience placement, where she quickly demonstrated a strong enthusiasm for commercial property and a genuine eagerness to learn.
Following her successful placement, Cadigal was pleased to offer her the position of Leasing and Research Analyst, supporting the team across various projects with a focus on market research and tenant engagement.
During her placement, she closely shadowed the leasing team and gained valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of office leasing.
Currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney, Victoria brings a sharp curiosity and a passion for the industry.
