Mark has more than 25 years of uninterrupted leasing experience in the Sydney CBD with an exceptional track record of performance. Mark has deep relationships across the industry and is a genuine specialist in project leasing for the prime sectors of the Sydney CBD and Fringe marketplaces.

Mark has dedicated his entire career to office leasing, starting in the industry as a university graduate in 1992 as a junior leasing agent at Stanton Hillier Parker where he worked for 9 years.

For the past 15 years, Mark has operated in leadership positions and in 2001 was instrumental in negotiating a successful management buyout of the office leasing business of Stantons, which led to the establishment of Grosvenor Hickey Tindale (GHT). After just 4 years, the UK-listed DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) acquired GHT to bolster its Australian operations in 2005. Mark then remained with DTZ for 5 successful years before embarking on the co-establishment of Cadigal in 2011.

Aside of working on key leasing appointments and with tenants on key mandates, Mark is often called upon for consultancy services around development feasibilities and actively works with the Research and Analytics team to deliver market based presentations for clients.

Major project leasing appointments in recent years have included Wynyard Place, 1 Bligh Street, One Farrer – Governor Phillip/Governor Macquarie Towers, George Place – 345 & 363 George Street, and 10 Shelley Street.
