The 1,006m2 whole floor deal was a direct introduction by Craig Dolman whereby SFI were looking for an upgrade from their current location. A big drawcard to the asset was the quality of the redevelopment completed in late 2016 and the high parking ratio offered,
170 Pacific Highway has been recently re-positioned with complete refurbishments to the lobby, car park, new EOTF and a mechanical lift upgrade as well as interiors, which has enabled us to lift the rents across the asset.
With all owners wanting to decrease the amount of downtime on vacant space, Cadigal worked hard at negotiating an ideal lease commencement date achieving almost no downtime for our client as well as a 7 year lease term.
