St Leonards is firmly back on the radar – and Cadigal has been right in the thick of its resurgence. We’ve successfully completed over 4,000sqm of leasing transactions at The Forum 201 Pacific Highway in recent months.
The building has welcomed a strong and diverse tenant mix, including RELX, a global information and analytics leader; EMM Consulting, a leading environmental and planning consultancy; Claude Outdoor, specialists in outdoor Advertising & media; and Commercial Infrastructure, delivering solutions across critical infrastructure projects.
These results are a testament to the upgrades seen in the last 12 months which has included a new refreshed lobby, full mechanical lift upgrades, bathroom upgrades and on floor refurbishments. The Forum has also benefited from its retail precinct and its superior location sitting above St Leonards Railway station. The precinct is also benefitting from substantial infrastructure investment, including the Sydney Metro project and upgrades to public spaces, along with an influx of new cafés, restaurants, and retail offerings. This is transforming the area into a more dynamic and connected commercial hub.
