Iberdrola are the world’s largest producer of wind power by volume, and one of the world’s largest electricity utilities by market capitalisation. They are globally recognised as sustainability leaders, and have a deep commitment to the green energy transition.
This is another example of ‘flight to quality’ as Iberdrola were previously located in a B Grade asset 56 Pitt Street. They were drawn to the advantages of being positioned within a premium quality precinct, and seized the opportunity to recycle an existing fitout.
