Cadigal has strengthened its Sydney CBD office leasing team with the appointment of Phoebe White to the role of Leasing Executive and the announcement of team promotions.
Phoebe has joined Cadigal after a 3-year period working in Miami, Florida with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Phoebe worked exclusively on behalf of Turnberry Associates, one of America’s premier real estate developers, within the sales team on the luxury Turnberry Ocean Club Residences.
Jessica Roberts has been promoted to Associate Director. Over the last three years Jessica has led an extensive range of leasing projects and transactions for clients within the Sydney CBD. Jessica has been responsible for leasing suites in Australia Square and One Farrer and recently was instrumental in leasing 3,600sqm to WeWork over five floors on behalf of HCF.
Nicholas Mulcahy has been promoted to Senior Leasing Executive. Nick has worked with Cadigal for over 5 years and most recently has been instrumental in the leasing of Barana Group’s Lawson Place at 165 Phillip Street, which is now 60% committed.
Jamie Horton has been promoted to Senior Leasing Executive. Jamie has worked in both the North Shore and Sydney CBD office markets for more than 6 years. Most recently Jamie successfully worked with Investa Property Group in bringing 130 Pitt Street to 100% leased.
Caitlyn Trumm has taken on the newly created role of Leasing Operations Manager. Caitlyn’s initiative and commitment to supporting leasing projects behind the scenes has been invaluable to Cadigal.
