Cadigal is pleased to announce that global consulting firm Slalom has leased Level 2 – a 1,000sqm whole floor – at The Bushell’s Building, 121 Harrington Street, Sydney.

The transaction was negotiated by Cadigal’s Lachlan Parker, acting for the Lessor, Harrington Street Investments. Slalom was represented by James Johnston and Danny Golding of Cushman & Wakefield.

Relocating from 11 Young Street, Slalom was drawn to the building’s distinct heritage character. Widely regarded as one of the city’s most admired heritage warehouses, The Bushell’s Building was constructed in 1924 as a tea processing warehouse. Its original fabric – tea chest elevators, spiral chutes and goods lifts – has been carefully preserved and remains integral to the architecture of the seven-level office building it is today.

Congratulations to Slalom on their new workplace, and to all parties involved in bringing the transaction together.

One floor remains. Level 1 – a fully fitted 998sqm creative workplace – is now the final whole floor available in the building. A rare opportunity in a tightly held Harrington Street address, directly opposite Grosvenor Place.
