333 George Street
Whole building leased pre-practical completion

Charter Hall had no interest in developing a boring office building when they decided to develop this key corner site opposite Martin Place. Grimshaw in association with Crone Partners were selected as the architects after delivering a bold design that stood for innovation and vision. 333 George comprises 15 levels of space comprising 12,500sqm and 2 levels of high end retail space with extensive frontages to George Street. The defining features are a series of spectacular landscaped roof terraces on the upper levels.

Cadigal were selected as joint agents well before the development commenced and worked closely with Charter Hall to create an intensive and highly targeted marketing campaign. The outcome exceeded all expectations, with the building being fully committed before practical completion at rates well exceeding those initially forecast.
