Not-For-Profit Charities Make the Move To North Sydney 

Two well-known not-for-profit charities have decided to base their headquarters in the North Sydney precinct.

Camp Quality renowned for their work with children impacted by Cancer have relocated from Epping. Searching across the Lower North Shore, Camp Quality settled on 801sqm at Level 1, 182 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point with significant savings found in retaining the existing fitout. The rent achieved was $640sqm/pa Net on a 5 year lease.

Secondly, The McGrath Foundation known for providing support and assistance to individuals experiencing breast cancer will soon relocate from Chandos Street in St Leonard’s to 498sqm at Level 1, 32 Walker Street, North Sydney. Staff amenity and public transport access were two must haves for the organisation and as a result, North Sydney was identified as a preferred location. The deal was secured on a five year lease at a rent of $650sqm/pa Net.
