National Reconciliation Week
'All In' for 2026

National Reconciliation Week offers an important opportunity for all Australians to learn more about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to reflect on the meaningful steps each of us can take – not only during this week but every day – to help advance reconciliation in Australia.

2026 marks a significant milestone: the 25th anniversary of National Reconciliation Week. This moment presents a renewed opportunity to deepen our commitment to meaningful and lasting change. This year’s theme, All In, serves as a powerful reminder that reconciliation is not a spectator sport. It calls on all Australians to take action and actively contribute to creating real and enduring change.

By contributing to this effort, we help build stronger relationships, workplaces, and communities that honour and respect the histories, cultures, and futures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Cadigal, we acknowledge the significance of the land on which we operate and pay our respects to the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. Their enduring connection to Country continues to shape the place where we work and live every day.

We encourage you to learn more about this year’s theme, here.
