Maybe Sammy
arrives to The Rocks

Maybe Sammy, a new 1950’s inspired cocktail bar has arrived to The Rocks.

Sydney’s oldest suburb, The Rocks has recently been gifted several new dining venues; such as Neil Perry’s Rosetta,  underground whisky bar The Doss House, Israeli restaurant Tayim and now comes Maybe Sammy, the first cocktail bar from the talented Stefano Catino and Vince Lombardo from Maybe Frank fame.

Taking inspiration from the roaring fifties, the era where fun and fashion prevailed and the Rat Pack epitomised Vegas with their effortless cool.

Situated in the heart of The Rocks on Harrington Street, right near the iconic Bushell’s building,  the new 70 seater venue (named after jazz era icon, Sammy Davis Jr.) oozes character with pink velvet banquet chairs, leather clad-seats and high stools. The striking and grand marble bar topped with gold lamps will make you feel like you’ve been transported straight back into the 1950’s.

The cocktail list has been edited to eight signature drinks all named after the Rat Pack’s favourite Vegas venues. The food menu is designed to be shared which means olives, charcuterie and cheese boards, oysters and to die for pastrami bagels which guarantee you will not walk out hungry.

The historic Bushell’s building located on 121 Harrington Street has also recently  undergone a major refurbishment to provide some of Sydney’s finest creative workspace.
