On behalf of Intera Group, Cadigal is pleased to share a recent successful leasing transaction with Lumus, who have committed to 1,829sqm at 12 Help Street, Chatswood.

Lumus is one of Australia’s leading diagnostic imaging providers, with over 30 years of experience and a national network of more than 150 sites.

Their upcoming relocation to Chatswood forms part of a strategic flight to quality, securing high-calibre premises within a thriving commercial precinct.

The move follows Lumus’ acquisition by Affinity Equity Partners from Healius, with the business continuing to operate from its existing sites at Liberty Place in the Sydney CBD and Macquarie Park ahead of the transition. The new Chatswood location will enable the consolidation of both premises into a single, purpose-fit workspace. The transaction involved a well-maintained, existing fit-out, which will enable a seamless move-in and immediate functionality.

This collaborative deal was brokered by Shaun Keating from our Sydney CBD office, and Craig Dolman from our North Sydney office.
