This 10-year lease, commencing in early 2026, marks another milestone for CapitaLand. Our long-standing relationship with Flight Centre, spanning more than a decade, was instrumental in delivering this outcome.
CapitaLand’s commitment to providing greater amenity within 100 Arthur Street including Third Space, Wellness and Yoga Rooms, Zen Room, and a commitment to an onsite gym for tenants has been a driving factor for success, combined with the elevated levels of demand for the ‘New North Sydney.’
