Edleman, the world’s largest public relations firm is moving to Martin Place, recently signing a sublease over Level 18, 5 Martin Place.
Martin Place has become the location of choice for tenants after several buildings have undergone redevelopment, resulting in a number of new tenants calling Martin Place home, Apple, Ashurst, Challenger, WeWork, Expedia and LinkedIn.
Many tenants are embracing the conversion of George Street and seeing the benefits it will bring to the city but also their staff through the light rail system and the activation of Martin Place and surrounding areas.
The leasing transaction was handled by Grant Jennings.
