This Christmas, Cadigal is proud to be partnering with Coast Shelter to support individuals and families doing it tough over the holidays.
Through this initiative, we hope to not only provide practical assistance during a financially challenging time of year, but to also make the festive season a little brighter for those who need it most.
Starting Monday 17th November, through to Friday 12th December, Cadigal will be collecting non-perishables and other essential items to support Coast Shelter’s Christmas hamper drive.
These donations will help Coast Shelter assemble thoughtful hampers for individuals and families doing it tough during the holiday season. By contributing items such as canned goods, long-life foods, toiletries, and small gifts, our community can help bring comfort and joy to those who are less fortunate.
Coast Shelter is requesting the below items be donated so that they can best service the community:

Christmas pudding
Confectionery
Canned / bottled drinks
Jelly mix
Long life custard
Long life milk
Pancake mix
Spreads / condiments
Tinned fruits / vegetables
Tinned ham / tuna / sardines
Non-food items
Pamper gifts (ie. manicure / pedicure items)
Serviettes
Christmas crackers
Feminine hygiene products
Toiletries (ie. shower gels / soaps)
Arts & crafts sets
Small toys
Hats / caps
Sunscreen
Beach toys
