Beginning with 3 people in early 2011, we were fortunate to have the support of several foundation client partners who engaged Cadigal as leasing agents on 3 prime buildings. We remain forever grateful for their support then and now, as each remain valued client partners in 2026.

Growth
As a testament to our culture, we have many in our team with more than 13 years of tenure at Cadigal. Of our early team that grew to 9 people during 2012, 7 remain in the Cadigal team today with 1 moving on to become a valued client and another retiring.
Cadigal has grown consistently yet steadily over the 15 years to date.

2013 | Cadigal Expansion to North Shore
Through a business merger with R&W North Sydney, Cadigal expanded to the North Shore with a team that included market leaders Craig Dolman and Marcus Pratley.

2018 | Cadigal Brand Evolution
Our brand evolved into a simpler form from the original logo which was inspired by City streets and an aerial view of buildings.

2019 | Rubberdesk Joint Venture
We successfully launched a national joint venture with Rubberdesk, led by Jim Groves, to service the growing flexible space market with their leading technology platform. Rubberdesk remains a leading broker and is a highly trusted adviser across the flexible space market.
