On behalf of Charter Hall and Morgan Stanley, Cadigal is pleased to announce that Australian Payments Plus (AP+) has leased the whole of Level 3 a One Shelley.
AP+ will relocate into their brand-new workplace in 2027.
Over the past two years, One Shelley has undergone a major repositioning and refurbishment program designed by Woods Bagot, to emerge as a premium multi-tenanted asset with 6 Star Green Star performance.
Featuring some of Sydney’s largest floorplates – averaging 3,600sqm each, AP+ will join other leading international corporates at One Shelley, including WPP Group, ING Bank and IRESS.
