secures 100% occupancy

One of the largest office towers on Sydney’s North Shore, The Zenith in Chatswood recently reached 100% occupancy.

Most recently,  we achieved 100% occupancy through numerous transactions ranging from small suites to multi floor occupiers from external markets. “The demand for Chatswood is at an all-time high and this will continue to grow with the new Metro providing greater catchment/accessibility for public transport.”
