Following a comprehensive review of relocation options across North Sydney and the Sydney CBD, Flight Centre has committed to the North Sydney CBD.

The deal reflects continued demand for buildings offering market-leading amenity, wellness and flexibility, with 100 Arthur Street standing out through its focus on tenant experience.

This 10-year lease, commencing in early 2026, marks another milestone for CapitaLand. Our long-standing relationship with Flight Centre, spanning more than a decade, was instrumental in delivering this outcome.

CapitaLand’s commitment to providing greater amenity within 100 Arthur Street including Third Space, Wellness and Yoga Rooms, Zen Room, and a commitment to an onsite gym for tenants has been a driving factor for success, combined with the elevated levels of demand for the ‘New North Sydney.’
