The McGrath Foundation is a remarkable organisation, providing vital support to individuals and families facing breast cancer through its network of dedicated McGrath Breast Care Nurses.
The McGrath Foundation had a final shortlist, equally considering the attributes of North Sydney and the Sydney CBD. The decision to relocate from the Sydney CBD to North Sydney was influenced by the standout features of 76 Berry Street, the advantages of North Sydney’s new offerings, and the enhanced connectivity provided by the Metro.
Our client, Vision Super, has consistently demonstrated progressive vision by making significant capital improvements to this asset in recent years. These enhancements include one of the most unique outdoor workspaces in North Sydney.
