75 Pitt Street is recognised as one of the first modernist high rise buildings to be built in Sydney.
Originally built in 1937 and known as the Royal Exchange Assurance Building, in 2020 the building was reinvigorated by architects Nettletontribe which involved a complete “back to core” refurbishment of all the floors, an upgrade of all building services as well as a modernisation of the ground floor lobby and retail space.
The heritage-listed building is now a unique offering of boutique whole floor workplaces that will be supported by ground floor retail. Tenants will be provided the unique opportunity to occupy their own whole floor which have been refurbished to a high standard and benefit from excellent natural light from both sides.
