Originally built in 1861 as the headquarters for the English, Scottish & Australia Bank, 70 King Street is recognised as a fine example of Victorian Classical architecture and home to Louis Vuitton’s flagship Sydney store.
In 2011 the building underwent a major transformation designed by leading architects FJMT. This included a complete upgrade of all building services and most notably the addition of 3 levels of unique office space in a distinctive glazed box.
Available from Q2 2020 via an assignment of lease are Levels 5 and 6 combined, which offer a unique 607sqm workplace (within the glazed box) featuring floor to ceiling windows, a large outdoor terrace and a high quality existing fit out for up to 80 people.
70 King Street is located on the prime corner of King Street and the newly transformed and pedestrianised George Street.
