Tuscany is the home of bistecca alla Fiorentina, globally called a T-bone steak and considered one of the finest cuts of beef available. Bistecca, located in the basement of 4 Bridge Street, is entirely devoted to the famous T-bone steaks, but first you have to surrender your phone and lock it inside a little drawer. We think that’s a tad excessive, but worth it for the delicious menu on offer.
